Golf Green is an oceanfront 2-story Big Island vacation home complete with a spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom layout. Adjacent to the 2nd hole green along the lush Kona Country Club’s Makai Golf Course, this home is perfect for families who want spectacular views of tropical-inspired fairways and the dazzling Pacific. This luxury vacation rental features an open floor plan with rich, custom wood pocket doors that open up to an expansive 534 square foot oversized, covered lanai. Golf Green boasts 2,685 square feet of delightful living space with unique accommodations that make this rental truly feel like home.

Holua Kai's Plantation-style homes have been specifically designed to merge indoor and outdoor spaces thanks to their large open floor plans that maximize natural lighting and ventilation. While the home is additionally equipped with central A/C for those uncharacteristically warm days, the windows can remain open to allow for the cooling trade winds to aerate the home. When you venture outside, you’ll surely be mesmerized by the unobstructed cobalt blue ocean views from your custom infinity edge, in-ground swimming pool and spa.

The spacious kitchen island includes custom Bordeaux Dream Granite slab countertops and glass backsplash, a GE Monogram Pro stainless steel appliance package with a wine fridge, under cabinet LED lighting, and solid wood cabinetry with soft-close drawers and doors. Beautiful quartzite porcelain tile can be found throughout the living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as the downstairs bedroom and hallways.

Golf Green is able to accommodate up to 12 guests due to its 3-bedroom and bonus room layout. The Primary Suite comes complete with a King-size bed and an ensuite featuring a large, free-standing soaking tub, walk-in shower, and split vanities all accented by solid granite countertops. The additional guest bedrooms feature King-size and Queen-size bedroom layouts. Additional sleeping spaces can be found in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms and bonus room. With carefully selected furnishings and touches from a professional decorator, you’ll find that Golf Green will have everything you might need to make this space feel like your Hawaiian home-away-from-home.

Please note that 7 private tennis and 20 pickleball courts are available for guest use for an additional fee. Of those facilities, 5 tennis courts and 8 pickleball courts have lights. Court Rentals are $25/hour per court for non-members. If you'd like to become a member of the Holua Kai community, the court rental fee will be waived. To book a private tennis or pickleball court, guests may call or text Holua Kai's shop phone, and let them know of the day and time you are planning to play. A member of Holua Kai's community team will let you know which court(s) are available.

Drop-in, Open Pickleball Play Schedule @ Holua Racquet and Paddle: Every drop in play is open to members and non-members alike. Non-members pay $10/person for each open play they join. For example, if you play in the 8 AM open play and pay $10/person, an additional $10/person for the afternoon play will apply. However, the Holua Kai community offers weekly, monthly, and more membership rates. If interested, please contact Holua Kai's shop for applicable rates.
