After a year-long $1,200,000 restoration project, we are thrilled to present the finished Kailua Kona Estate! We turned this property into a beautiful space to create unforgettable memories. Every inch of this home has been lovingly and thoughtfully improved to present an experience of upscale casual elegance.
The space
Beauty abounds with skylights allowing Kona’s warm sunlight to pour in, a wet bar for entertaining, mahogany columns and trim, and a stacked stone fireplace.
The impressive upstairs lanai lets you enjoy the dramatic ocean views or a sunset. Entertain in the state-of-the-art professional kitchen with triple refrigerators and ample quartz counter and cabinet space.
According to county records, our home is permitted as a five-bedroom dwelling. Our home is inclusive of two spacious flex rooms. We recognize that larger families or specific needs may require more sleeping areas. These flex rooms are depicted in our photos as Flex Room 1 and Flex Room 2 with a king bed and three full beds respectively, to give you an idea of how they might look if used for sleeping.
An additional lounge area features a modern, backlit ceiling and windows facing an ocean view. For absolute relaxation, head outside and unwind in the 100ft infinity pool or soak in the eight-person jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom features resort-style touches with cozy mattresses and luxury sheets.
In a private, gated community, our farm boasts security and relaxation. Our home promotes sustainability and gratitude to the land.
This home is meant for families looking to create beautiful memories. With such a unique experience comes a responsibility to respect the land, home, and neighborhood. We love our community and the atmosphere we have cultivated for this newly renovated home. As such, there are strict requirements that Hawaii State Law Quiet Hours must be observed outside the home past 9:30 PM (feel free to go snuggle up with some popcorn in the 16-seater movie room!). We ask that groups who book are limited to one family.
The pool, pickleball court, and lanai close at 10 PM each night for your safety and to observe quiet hours. This home can't be used for parties or events. If you need assistance finding a location to do an event, please reach out, and we can assist in helping you find alternative accommodations. The on-site hosts live in a private, separately accessed bedroom... you shouldn't even see us unless we are working on the farm or you need our assistance!
Travelers love this home and the atmosphere it carries. Visit us at the Kailua Kona Estate today!
Other things to note
We're in the desirable "comfort zone" elevation, where it always 10 degrees cooler than shore and stays at a constant 70-80 degrees year-round! One of the rooms has a split type ductless air conditioning system. You will enjoy comfortable sleeping temperatures. There are ceiling fans and portable fans in each room.
There are four sets of washers and dryers in the house. Plenty for all your needs! Private, gated parking on premises. A five burner barbecue and large deck for suntanning!
One of the traveler favorites here at the mansion is star-gazing. On cloudless nights, the stars are absolutely incredible to watch here on the farm... I've never gone more than 10 minutes without seeing a shooting star!
If you need assistance booking excursions or rental cars please reach out! We know all the best beaches, excursions, and cars to rent.
