Exotic Estates was wonderful to deal with. They answered all questions, maintained contact, and found us a wonderful villa for our family of ten. They provided multiple options. Our Villa was gorgeous and perfect for our group. It was located near Lahaina, easy to get to, and had unbelievable views in a beautiful home, just as represented. We highly recommend Exotic Estates to help set up your family vacation. They arranged activities, gave us input on things to do and how to organize our week, and we had absolutely no complaints. Their assistance made this a trip of a lifetime for all of our entire family. We would go back in a heartbeat, and use Exotic Estates every step of the way. This was truly a dream come true, the location was absolutely perfect! This property is on the water, very private and close to the town of Lahaina. We already miss watching the boats swaying side to side and watching the sunset while relaxing on the charming porch. The house has a romantic old Hawaii charm to it that my husband and I just loved - it’s everything we’ve dreamed of. We had our adult kids with us and their spouses and the house did not feel crowded at all. Maui has always been our favorite island out of them all! My family and I will be back for another family vacation- we can’t get enough of it! Thank you so much for helping us find our dream vacation home, we had a great experience.
Peak View Lodge, Breckenridge, CO - This home truly is top of the line. Beautiful views, easy access to town and all ski resorts. Outstanding layout inside for large groups with expansive kitchen, dining and great room wide open. The driveway, walkways and streets were kept passable during an incredible snowstorm. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were well maintained and stocked. We can’t say enough about the beauty and comfort this home provided. We would certainly stay here again.
We were a family of 12 and this property was perfect for us. From the view to the sheets everything was perfect. The grounds were meticulous and the layout of the house couldn't have been better. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and it was addressed immediately. We captured beautiful sunsets and spent many hours in the infinity pool. The Karaoke machine made for some great family videos. Everyone agreed this was the perfect setup for our family.
Mauna Kea Resort Villa, Big Island, HI - Lovely location, surrounded by a beautiful golf course and close to two high-end hotels, allowing access to all resort amenities. (This was an extra charge of $95/day.) Having two 21-year-olds with us for the first week, it was lovely to shoo them down to the beach on the afternoons we had no planned activities. I found the view from the villa was much better than the photos illustrate. It was also very quiet, both day and night. Villa was nicely appointed. Beds were very comfortable as were furnishings. It could to with another couple of loungers around pool (there are presently two). Kitchen seemed to be well kitted out, but we really only used it for morning toast and afternoon snacks. I did not cook a meal while we were there. All appliances were high end and in good condition. There are a number of very good restaurants in the area. Glen, at Exotic Estates, was fabulous to deal with. He was very helpful and his responses were extremely timely. Would definitely use him for a future booking. If you are traveling in the winter months, the pool MUST be heated. This was the only issue we had. Paid the extra charge for a pool that was not heated for most of the first week that we were there, nor for most of the last week we were there. (We did receive a $300 credit toward this.) They were very responsive when we called to complain, but after three service calls, we raised the white flag and just used the hot tub for the remainder of our third week.
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. A perfect home for a large family. The pool was lovely and access to the beach club made this a wonderful home base. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and pool toys. The kitchen was well appointed and we found everything we were looking for to cook large family meals. Only one small issue, the BBQ needed a full cleaning and service. It would light, but only the back of the burners and only on low heat. Thankfully, when we noticed, a property manager came out and worked to fix the problem immediately. While I’d still suggest a thorough servicing of the burners, I could not have asked for better or more prompt response to a very minor issue. We will definitely be back!
Kai Halulu, Kauai, HI - A truly exceptional property with fantastic views from every room. Superbly maintained grounds and utterly private. Well stocked with everything needed for a week of fun.
Sea Song at Kahili Bay, Kauai, HI - Our family stayed at Sea Song for a week and could not have been more impressed. The photos do not do it justice. The home and guest houses are beautiful and supplied with everything you could need. We unfortunately were there the week that Hurricane Lane decided to visit so our entire trip was shifted into Hurricane prep mode as all of our plans and water excursions were cancelled. That being said we could not have been at a more perfect place to be stranded! The gardens and meticulously manicured grounds are like your own mini paradise. The chefs kitchen and entertainment system in the family room gave us plenty to do during our stay. The Villa Host Aaron and entire staff made sure we were prepared for the incoming storm/hurricane checking on us several times and supplying us with an emergency preparedness plan. Our son proposed to his girlfriend out on the back gardens overlooking the ocean providing our family with memories we will cherish for a lifetime. We hope to be able to visit again when the weather is better and plan to stay at Sea Song when we do!
Napili, Maui - Napili Cove Villa is superbly located right on a beautiful cove, and there is a swimming pool just steps away from the home as well. The home's due west orientation makes it the ideal place to enjoy spectacular Maui sunsets. The cove is home to many sea turtles and tropical fish which make it ideal for snorkeling. The home is beautifully appointed and fresh flowers were displayed throughout the home when we arrived. The kitchen is great for preparing a meal, and there is a BBQ right off the kitchen on the outside deck. Everyone involved with our rental was very helpful and knowledgeable about local amenities. Full of Aloha! We highly recommend this home for a beautiful, relaxing, peaceful stay on Maui.
Ambassador's Penthouse, Steamboat Springs, CO - We rented out the Ambassadors Penthouse, in Feb 2020. It was an amazing place, great location. All the restaurants and shops are within walking distance and the food was amazing! It was a 5 minute ride to the base of Steamboat for skiing which we were picked up every morning right in front of our place. If you looking for the perfect spot off of the mountain, this is it! We will be back.......
