Our family completely enjoyed the home and all the amenities the home and location had to offer.

The home exceeded our expectations , it was beautiful , very well appointed and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. We were there over Christmas and felt totally comfortable and relaxed. The pool and hot tub are large and very warm. The grounds are beautiful , enjoyed the hammock! The location next to the Fairmont Orchid was very convenient and the house was equipped with beach chairs, sand toys and snorkel equipment. We utilized the club for workouts as well. We will come again.

Truly Spectacular Time of Rest and Relaxation! ...Unbelievable Beauty!

The estate at Anini Vista Drive far exceeded our hopes and dreams. The beauty that surrounded the estate was exquisite and a feast for the eyes. The home itself was immaculate and obviously well cared for. The hosts were such a delight to deal with and were responsive to our every need. Even the caretakers were always desirous of making sure the grounds were impeccable without disturbing our time together. It was truly an unforgettable experience. We had occasion to renew our wedding vows after some 47 years at a nearby beach and knowing we had such a peaceful, beautiful location made the event all the more memorable....and the pool...no words to describe how beautiful it was....trip of a lifetime. Thank you to Jennifer who provided a level of expertise seldom seen. Well done!

Better Than Expected!

I have always wanted to take my whole family to Hawaii, so this trip was a big deal. After careful consideration, I booked the Kaanapali Hale due to its location, number of bedrooms and onsite pool. I was thrilled that the accommodations accurately matched the pictures. To discover that it also included a cooler with fresh water and every imaginable piece of cookware was an added bonus. After the first day we discovered that the battery had died on one of our vehicles. Our Onsite host very quickly helped us out. Finally, to discover that the house was within walking distance of Whaler's Village and the beach was the icing on the cake. I would definitely recommend this vacation estate.

Is there a low season in Hawaii?

Hawaii is a unique destination in that it has a consistent climate year-round. Hawaii does have seasons that follow the Northern Hemisphere seasonal schedule. Though there is no autumn or spring, the winter months are generally rainier and cooler, especially in the evening, and the summer months are usually dryer and warmer. Temperatures typically stay in the 70s to the 80s throughout the year, though it can be very cool, if not cold, in higher elevations on Maui and the Big Island. Peak seasons tend to follow the school holiday schedule, with summer experiencing higher occupancy and nightly rates and the Christmas - New Year period demanding the highest rates of the year.

Can I plan my milestone event or wedding at a Hawaiian vacation rental?

In short, no. Hawaii has stringent rules governing vacation rentals. Because vacation homes are often located in residential neighborhoods, even large, luxury vacation homes with expansive lawns like the ones represented by Exotic Estates typically do not allow for any events or parties. That is not to say you can't enjoy a birthday or anniversary party with your fellow guests, but any large event with outside guests attending run the risk of being shut down and resulting in potential eviction from the property. There are a limited number of homes that do allow events in Hawaii. We suggest you speak with one of our Hawaii Villa Specialists to see if one matches your budget and schedule.
