Palm Villa at Hualalai Resort is an incredible three-bedroom, three-bath vacation home perfectly situated in the tropical paradise that is the Hualalai Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii.This exclusive Big Island villa is every golfer's dream, as it overlooks the world-famous Hualalai Golf Course, designed by the the legendary Jack Nicklaus.
The villa is ideal for families or couples traveling together, boasting nearly 2700 sq ft. of luxurious and comfortable living! There are two large lanai's, offering shade when desired and making an ideal spot for lunch or cocktails.
The Palm Villa at Hualalai Resort includes multiple lounge areas, including an open-style "great room" and a separate living area downstairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything required to make wonderful meals in the comfort of your vacation home. There is also an outside BBQ for family meals under the stars!
The villa features large windows giving you abundant natural lighting with a wall of windows in the main living area. There are ceiling fans throughout, top-of-the-line appliances, high-quality bedding, linens and bathroom amenities, and commanding views of the golf course and the Pacific Ocean in the distance! This villa is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the best of private vacation home and resort-style Hawaiian living.
The three bedrooms are designed for comfort and relaxation. On the lower level, a master with a king-size bed downstairs has an en-suite bath. Another bedroom downstairs has two twin-size beds that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request. A third bedroom upstairs has a king-size bed. Each bedroom also features a flat-screen TV and ceiling fan.
When you're ready to explore the resort, there are two golf carts on standby available for guest use, making it easy to access the Hualalai Resorts Sports Club & Spa, Golf Club, restaurants and much more!

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $65 - $200 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $32.50 - $100 + tax for guests ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $200 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $100.00 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.
The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted two weeks prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.
