Please note that the Chairman’s Club Event is usually hosted in the first two weeks of December at Hualālai Resort. Throughout this time, some of the resort facilities will have their availability changed. Additional details will be released closer to the event date.
Resort Access Information
To use facilities at Hualālai Resort, visitors have to register and pay a daily resort fee per individual. Between 2025 and January 3, 2026, the daily resort fee ranges from $75 to $230 per individual, inclusive of taxes. There is a minimum two-consecutive-day registration, and all villa visitors have to register. The charges are paid directly to the resort, which has its own policies and reservations independent of Exotic Estates.Other Property Details
- Free pool heat is provided up to 78 degrees. Further heat is billed.
- Central air and ceiling fans keep one comfortable throughout the year.
- There is a required mid-stay cleaning fee for 14 nights and longer.
Mitsubishi Electric Championship:
Between January 12th and January 19th, 2025, the Mitsubishi Electric Championship will take place at Hualālai Resort. The highly anticipated event, a favorite among golf enthusiasts from around the world, may also introduce short-term shifts in resort amenity availability. We welcome guests with reservations during this period to reach out to us for more information.
