This three-bedroom and three-bath vacation villa is located in the Hualalai Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii.Palm Villa at Hualalai Resort is both a private home offering sumptuous in-home amenities and a golfer's fantasy, as guests have views of the famous Hualalai Golf Course, designed by legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus. The course is designed to offer challenging play against spectacular and dramatic views of the Pacific Ocean and Big Island landscape.
The home can accommodate up to six guests comfortably. It boasts 2,900 sq. ft. of gracious island-style living and features multiple lounge areas, including an open-style "great room" upstairs and a separate living are downstairs, giving guests plenty of room to spread out and enjoy their holiday. The lanai space downstairs opens onto a large green lawn, giving the villa the feel of a private estate.
While guests have the option of accessing the five swimming pools of the Four Seasons*, the beautifully maintained Waiulu Community pool is located just across from the Hualalai Greens Villa, which makes for convenient swimming at any time of the day.
The kitchen is fully loaded with all the appliances and utensils needed to whip together delicious meals. including a BBQ deck! Of course, you and your guests can always hop in one of the villa's golf two carts and drive over to the restaurants in the Hualalai Resort for a meal.

Bedrooms are designed for comfort and quiet. On the lower level of the home, the spacious master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, a private en-suite bath with spa, a private entrance to the furnished lanai, and views of the Golf Course. A second guest room has a queen-size bed while a third has two twin-size beds. There is also a queen-size sofa-bed for added accommodation.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $65 - $200 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $32.50 - $100 + tax for guests ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $200 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $100.00 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.
The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted two weeks prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.
