The two-level Haliipua at Hualalai villa features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. The spacious villa has ample room for up to six guests. The entire villa is surrounded by a resplendent lawn complete with stately palm trees and tropical landscaping. The villa is also ideally situated to take advantage of Hawaii’s gorgeous sunset views.
In addition to the emerald green lawn, the villa also has a large lanai. The built-in lanai features an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area. Cook up a delicious meal on the villa’s gas grill while you relax on the furnished lanai. Lava Hale at Hualalai also has more outdoor living space in its interior courtyard. The courtyard features gorgeous tropical blooms and a stunning water feature. When you are done sunbathing, you can rinse off in one of the two outdoor garden showers.
The interior of Haliipua at Hualalai features mahogany accents, polished hardwood floors, enhanced lighting systems, and posh furniture throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is a part of the main level’s open floor plan. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for three guests. The kitchen transitions to an indoor dining area with plenty of seating.
The upper level hosts the villa’s spacious living room. The living room, decorated in warm browns and reds, has a large couch and an over-size armchair perfect for indoor relaxation. The villa also has a second living room, located on the main level, which leads directly to the serene inner courtyard.
The villa’s master bedroom has a king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom features one of the villa’s outdoor showers. The second large bedroom at Haliipua at Hualalai has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has the second outdoor garden shower. The third bedroom has a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean, two twin-size beds, and an en-suite bathroom. The two twin-size beds can be converted into a single king-size bed. Each bedroom has plush carpeting and ceiling fans. The en-suite bathrooms have marble floors and countertops, as well as mahogany cabinetry.
Haliipua at Hualalai comes complete with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable Hawaiian vacation experience. The villa has ceiling fans and central air-conditioning. Guests also have access to plenty of fresh linens, on-site laundry facilities, and an ironing board. The villa also offers access to high-speed internet. Guests can park in Lava Hale at Hualalai's one-car garage.
Guests of Haliipua at Hualalai also have access to two golf carts that can be taken directly to the Four Seasons Hotel, which has a golf course, sports club, and spa. Play 18 holes on the Hualalai Golf Course, and then indulge in an afternoon of spa treatments. Lava Hale at Hualalai central location also gives guests access to Kailua’s excellent restaurants, boutique shops, and entertainment options.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $65 - $200 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $32.50 - $100 + tax for guests ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $200 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $100.00 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.
The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted two weeks prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.
