A Gracious Entry and Expansive Outdoor Living

Tropical landscaping envelops the exterior opening in a preview of things to come inside. Push open the door into the house and receive a flood of sunshine in a roomy great room where the boundaries between in and out blur in sumptuous luxury. Glass pocket doors slide into walls to create seamless access onto a vast lanai with breathtaking Pacific views and  the neatly manicured fairways below.

Exterior, the infinity pool and private spa, bordered in giant lava stones, are lined with palms and sky and tropical flowers. Chaises invite afternoons spent lounging and the in-ground BBQ and cozy outside seating in the screened lanai are the place for al fresco dining, reading, or sundown cocktails. Morning coffee seclusion and evening entertaining camaraderie fill the home's centerpiece in this outdoor room.

Stylish interiors designed for Island Comfort

Inwardly, the grand room is anchored with a floor-to-sea window wall offering a sea view. The roomy sitting room is equipped with cozy couches and a 40-inch smart flat-screen TV in customized cabinetry with cozy wood trim and lighting to add a touch of warmth and class throughout.

There is a six-seat dining room off the kitchen shared with the living room. The gourmet kitchen is a showpiece—entertainment suitable and practical for everyday use. It features the finest appliances and a big center island with granite countertops, and it is ready to be used for daily meals or even as by a personal chef to prepare a special occasion meal.

Three Comfy Bedroom Suites

The Big Island villa is endowed with three exquisitely appointed bedrooms with the privilege of a resort and the intimacy of a house.

  • Primary Suite: The large primary bedroom has a California king-size bed, workspace desk, and sliding glass pocket doors opening directly out to the lanai and pool deck. A 55-inch smart TV, custom lighting, and oversized walk-in closet complete the suite. The spa-like en suite bath with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a luxurious oversized soaking tub in a peaceful environment.
  • Suite Two: The two queen-size beds make the suite the perfect room for friends on the same vacation or for families traveling together. The en-suite bath's garden shower with an outdoor garden setting in the midst of tropical landscaping will add an unforgettable island touch to your daily routine. A private deck and wall-mount flat screen TV are provided for guests.
  • Guest Room Three: The second California king bedroom boasts a private deck, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. The suite is equipped with the comforts of quiet evenings and relaxing mornings in tranquility and seclusion.

Optional Access to the Hualālai Resort (Additional Fees)

While the house itself offers the full resort-like experience, guests may opt to enjoy access to Hualālai Resort's upscale amenities. There is a registration fee, and a daily fee is charged (below).

Resort Access Details

Registered visitors are eligible for the use of the resort facilities of the Hualālai Resort for an additional resort fee on a nightly person basis. The guest resort fee is from $75 to $230 nightly on a personal basis, subject to the season between the year 2025 and 3 January 2026. The fees have a minimum requirement of a consecutive two-day requirement and all the visitors in the house have to be on the access registration. The fees are paid directly to the resort, and are not part of the Exotic Estates charges.

Upon finalization of your booking with us, we will transfer your contact information to the resort so they may contact you directly  to settle on the registration arrangements and access.

Additional Details

  • Pool heat is available free up to 78 degrees. Optional additional heat will be charged extra—please inquire.
  • There will be a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee for 14-night and longer stays.
  • You are not allowed to have get-togethers or parties above the six-person capacity limit without prior notification.

Great house! Our large family of nine (including both adults and kids) fit in with no problem. The house is arranged with two groups of bedrooms with bathrooms in the middle of each group. Sound did not carry from the common area to the bedrooms. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and serving snd is sufficiently large to accommodate several cooks snd standers-by at once. All in all, great place snd we would be happy to stay there again. Not chesp, but nothing in Hawai’i is!
