Chairman’s Club Event | November 30–December 5, 2026
The annual Chairman’s Club Event will take place at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai from Monday, November 30, through Saturday, December 5, 2026. Access to the resort and its amenities will be limited during this period. All access decisions are managed by Hualalai Resort and may change at its discretion. Guests should contact the resort directly for current details.
Mitsubishi Golf Tournament | January 16–24, 2027
The annual Mitsubishi Golf Tournament is scheduled at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai from January 16 through January 24, 2027. Limited access to resort facilities and amenities should be anticipated. Please contact Hualalai Resort directly for the latest access information.
IRONMAN World Championship | October 9, 2027
Extensive road closures throughout the Kona and Kohala areas may affect traffic and driving routes during the IRONMAN event. Alternative routes and traffic diversions may be implemented. Guests are encouraged to plan travel accordingly.
Beach Tree Pool Closure | September 8–November 15
The Beach Tree Pool at Hualalai is scheduled to close temporarily for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant is expected to remain open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing during the project. Guests with a purchased resort amenities package may use the resort’s other available swimming facilities, subject to resort policies and operating schedules. The shoreline may also be enjoyed with a personal beach chair from the villa.
Hualalai Resort Access & Seasonal Fees
Daily resort access fees are paid directly to Hualalai Resort and are separate from the rental rate. Access is subject to resort policies, seasonal restrictions, availability, and any changes implemented by resort management.

Resort Reservations & Access Policies
- During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the booking-window and chaise lounge policies will not apply.
- During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date.
- During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk is scheduled to open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
- During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on lawns and beaches as directed by Pool Operations.
Rental guests have a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, without a break in access.
