The gated mid-century estate welcomes guests with lush green lawns, towering palm trees, and a meticulously manicured garden surrounding a swimming pool, hot tub and fire pit. Chaise lounge chairs surround the pool for relaxing days in the sun, while a bench-style dining table provides plenty of space for group dinners with views of the surrounding mountains.

Glass doors open to the backyard along with a spacious living area with high ceilings, a gas fireplace and a charming wet bar. A mid-century style sofa and club chairs face a large-screen SmartTV for days inside, enjoying central air conditioning. Fusing elements of minimalist decor with the technicolor soul of the 1960s, the decor of Mid-Century Escape features clean white walls and furniture accented by cheerful lemon and lime hues, hardwood cabinets, exposed brick, and intricate tilework throughout.

The great room opens seamlessly onto a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, offering inspiration to one’s inner chef. The adjacent dining area features a chic, white oval table, surrounded by retro inspired saucer chairs.

Conveniently located down the hallways of this single-level home are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with unique decor, an en-suite bathroom, and a private entrance to the backyard. An additional 4th bedroom is located in the Casita.

Styled in modern decor, the spacious primary suite features twin nightstands, a stylish club chair, mirrored closet, and en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors lead to the pool.

This minimalist room, brightly styled in gold and navy hues, has an en-suite bath with a combination tub/shower, an exposed brick wall, and a mounted TV. Guests of this room have a private door to the side yard garden.

This chic room blends rich colors and hardwood furniture with earth tones and Southwestern accents. Find inspiration at the writing desk, sip morning coffee looking out through sliding glass doors to the backyard from your comfy accent chair, or switch on the mounted TV. This room also has an en-suite bath with a large step-in shower.

A stacked washer and dryer and outdoor shower add convenience as you enjoy lounging at the pool and hot tub, while a two-car garage makes it easy to explore the surrounding area -- including nearby hot springs, golf courses, trails, and even Joshua Tree National Park, an hour’s drive away.

This home welcomes 1 dog with an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $150, plus tax. Please be advised that dogs are not permitted in the pool.
