The fourth bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The fifth bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom.
The large chef’s kitchen is recently updated with a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a Viking professional gas range.
Sand Acre is surrounded by manicured grounds with a private tennis court. The in-ground pool and spa feature an oversized patio area and poolside cabana.

I brought my company here for a team retreat and Sand Acre was the perfect location for us to spend time brainstorming success ideas AND to relax and enjoy getting connected with each other better. The hiuse is amazing - peaceful and beautiful, and you couldn't get us out of the pool!

Sand Acre offered the perfect venue for the very special occasion of our 60th wedding anniversary as well as a family reunion with daughters and grandchildren. This happened to fall exactly on Thanksgiving Day.

I visited this home the beginning of October and it was amazing! Between the great location and beautiful views, I had such a wonderful time. Plenty of room and a perfect set up for a large group. Beautiful views from the backyard while laying out and swimming the pool. Also had a BBQ one night and it had a perfect area to both grill and hang out with friends. Then ending each night with the hot tub was phenomenal. Just sitting while looking at the stars was the perfect way to wind down. It was all around amazing weekend and the staff at natural retreats was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this estate to anyone is looking for an awesome getaway to Palm Springs!

What an amazing space, large lavish yard that is completely private. You can swim, play tennis or walk the garden. The view of the mountains is unreal and the house is cozy.

The space was perfect for my family! My mom, in a wheel chair was able to enjoy the beautiful space and had a nice big room. My sister and husband enjoyed the pool, cabana and staying in a room with a view. My boyfriend and I played tennis everyday and enjoyed the wonderful space! Thank you
