Sunset Villa I accommodates up to ten guests across four beautifully designed bedrooms. The loft-style primary suite is a private oasis with a king bed, a private patio, and awe-inspiring ocean views. Its ensuite bathroom features a jetted tub, double sinks, a vanity chair, a separate shower, and its own cozy fireplace. On the middle floor, a king suite offers a spacious retreat with an ensuite bathroom, a custom cherry wood desk perfectly positioned in a curved window, a reading area, and patio access. Two additional queen bedrooms on the same floor share a full bathroom and also feature patio access, making them ideal for family or friends. The poolside suite has been transformed into a versatile common area with a king bed, gym equipment, and direct access to the terrace, offering a unique blend of relaxation and functionality. A convenient half-bathroom is also located on the ground floor.

The outdoor areas are equally impressive, with a mosaic-tiled terrace surrounding the pool and hot tub.
