Villa Pacifica is a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom villa in stunning, 11,000 square foot compound designed by renowned architect Pepe de Yturbe.

This contemporary residence is perched on Ranchos Estates private beach just a few steps away from the ocean. The sounds of marine birds, fish splashes and whales, the constant sound of smooth waves moving, combined with tropical light and sunsets bring all the magic of this part of paradise to your stay.
It seamlessly blends stylish, sophisticated design with the beautiful surroundings of Punta Mita. The interior design of The Villa was managed by Karen Collignon with the highest grade furnishings and fabrics characterized by chic, relaxed décor, accentuated with bold, contrasting shades of Mexican colors.

Villa Pacifica is fully staffed with a house manager, personal concierge and an on site housekeeper, chef and butler for your Punta Mita stay. From the moment you arrive at the Villa, any stresses that you may have brought with you will instantly melt away, Friendly, attentive villa staff will greet you with fresh made margaritas and whisk away your luggage to your room.

Guests enter the compound though massive wooden doors and enter through a lush tropical garden that features a half moon pond, palm trees and an expansive grass area. Following the Mexican pebble walkway trough the garden you arrive at the villa entrance and proceed down a beautiful travertine walkway. To the right of the walkway is a huge royal palm courtyard that looks through the main living area to te ocean. As soon as you enter and take in the huge views and ocean breeze you will know your vacation has officially started.

The great room of Villa Pacífica is the center of the villa, and most likely where you will spend most of your time. There is a dining table for 14 guests, as well as additional seating for more guests at a separate table. Next to the dining area with large couches and chairs so that your entire party can be seated together, there in room for 12-14 to be seated comfortably around the main coffee table.

The Stairs from the great room lead down to an expansive Stemming 22 yard azure blue pool and Jacuzzi. Built into the steps of the pool are 4 queen sized lounge beds. Immerse yourself into the ocean views to relax and enjoy a cocktail, allow our staff pampering you during your stay.

From the pool grass area there is a private stairway that leads down to the private beach which connects you to the ocean. Always a great time to enjoy available Kayaks, paddle boards, and body surfboards.

PACIFICA MASTER SUITE
From the media room you walk up some stairs to the top level of Villa Pacifica. A sweeping, sophisticated master suite occupies the majority of the top floor. Round circular shape. King size bed. TV + apple TV. Safe in closed. Sitting area with a twin day bed. Inside Shower. 2 Outside showers. Direct ocean views. Sunken tub on private deck outside overlooking ocean. Large private deck with seating area.

MARIETA'S SUITE
Also on this upper level. King size bed. TV + apple TV, Safe in closet . Private bath with shower. Private balcony overlooking ocean with seating area.

BUGAMBILIAS SUITE 1
2 Queen beds. TV + apple TV. Safe in closed. Indoor and outdoor shower. Private patio with seating area. Optional conversion into one double size king bed of 13 feet wide with one piece 13 feet wide sheets. Good for several kids.

BUGAMBILIAS SUITE 2

PALM TREE TERRACE SUITE
A second King Suite can be found on the main living area of the villa, just off the great room, overlooking the Royal palm courtyard. King bed. TV + apple TV. Safe in closed. Private bath with shower.

CABANAS ROOMS
Located at the main entrance of the Villa next to the gates these “Cabanas” offer the option to extend your accomodation up to 7 Bedrooms. 2 Rooms with 2 twin beds in each room. TV + apple TV and Private bath with shower.

STAFF:
Our staff includes House Manager (off site, fluent in English), Concierge (offsite, fluent in English, Houseman/Waiter (at site, fluent in English), Chef (3 meals), 2 Housekeepers for cleaning and laundry. Some of our staff sleeps at the premises in the staff quarters which are located on far end of the property in a separate building and they are available 24/7 for emergencies.

FOOD AND DRINKS:
Services included are the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food and drinks are not included. We can arrange pantry/grocery stocking and shopping during for pre-arrival and the course of your stay. Specially designed menu, according to guests' preferences. All kind of dietary needs can be catered, from vegan, pescatarian and gluten-free to Kosher.

FOOD, DRINKS & INCIDENTALS DEPOSIT:
A daily US$100 deposit per person per night is mandatory. Deposit is due 15 days prior to arrival. For Reservations made less than 15 days, deposit is collected at time of booking. Upon departure any remaining balance is refundable.
