496 is among the newest additions to the Estate Villas in Villas Del Mar. It is located on the mountainside and have breathtaking, panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez.

These 5,000 square foot villas all have private infinity edged pools, Jacuzzis and 2,000 square feet of terraces. These unique and grand vacation homes offers every modern convenience and the ultimate in luxurious living; they are the culmination of everything that is Villas Del Mar.

Your booking of this luxury villa, which is located in the exclusive Palmilla residential community, includes access to the Palmilla Golf and Tennis clubs. Additional fees apply. Please ask your concierge for reservations and tee times. One and Only restaurant reservations may also be requested and are subject to availability and confirmation from the One and Only Palmilla hotel. Villas del Mar 496 is about a 4 minute walk from the beach.

* Complimentary transportation is provided from the airport to the villa for up to 7px in a suburban or 10px in a van and is valid for one arrival only. Guests arriving at a later time or date must make additional transportation arrangements. Your concierge can assist you with these arrangements.

The management staff was on point and very responsive. If we ever needed anything they handled it within minutes. The place was also exactly how the photos perceived it so no surprises. We all had an amazing trip and will definitely be back to rent in the future.
