Villa Ballena

Indulge in a peaceful and relaxing stay at the Cabo Villa Ballena a lavish four-bedroom villa located in the private and gated community of Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This villa can accommodate ten people, but an additional person charge applies after eighth guest.

This beautiful villa was designed for comfort and relaxation. The villa is situated in a convenient location near downtown Cabo and boasts spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean! With it’s 4,000 sq. ft. of open-air living, this spacious Cabo vacation home can accommodate up to ten guests and features everything you would want in your Mexican vacation villa.  

Slide back the large pocket doors and experience indoor/outdoor living at the Cabo Villa Ballena. The expansive patio and pool area offers additional living space while also allowing in breezes during warm summer days. The villa's remarkable kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and offers the plenty of space to prepare memorable meals with family and friends.

This villa offers the option of dining inside or outside on the furnished terrace, with a panoramic backdrop of Land's End. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, has gorgeous views, and comes with its own private bathroom.

The master suite and second suite both offer private patio entrances, flat-screen TVs and Jacuzzi tubs. The third bedroom offers views of the swimming pool and comes with it’s own private bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds that may be combined to form a king-size bed; it also has a separate bathroom, kitchenette and private entrance.  

A lower-level entertainment area opens directly to the garden, and swimming pool with outdoor Jacuzzi, comfortable seating, and nearby BBQ area. With this villa's ample indoor/outdoor living space, the home can accommodate small weddings and events, with room for 30 guests sitting and 50 standing!

A stay at Cabo Villa Ballena includes complimentary housekeeping services every other day except Sunday (except on Mexican Holidays).
