The gourmet kitchen features Dacor appliances, a wine cooler, granite countertops, and an espresso machine; the villa includes daily complimentary breakfast, which you can enjoy while waking up to the superlative views of Cabo’s beaches. The scenic dining room can host 16 guests and opens up to the terrace, making it perfect for group meals.   

As you continue through the home, you will find a comfortable living room that features a large fireplace and wide-screen TV, which opens fully to the main terrace. Take a tour through the library and find yourself a good book; you can spend hours relaxing and reading on the shaded terrace. The home also has a media room, or what has been used as a "board room," for visitors on a corporate retreat. 

The fitness room offers a great place for your morning workout and there is also a selection of games, perfect for family bonding. Once the sunsets, explore the night sky from the living room with your very own telescope.   

The villa boasts many of the amenities found at a 5-star resort. After you have toured the gorgeous interior of Cabo Villa Penasco, walk out onto the 8,000 square foot terrace and take in the gorgeous views. Guests will truly feel as though they are at “Land’s End” as they look out to the sparkling blue ocean waters and white-sand beaches. Cabo Villa Penasco features an infinity pool and whirlpool in the sky, as well as a convenient outdoor shower. Imagine sipping on a cool drink as you unwind in a chaise lounge chair, or sit under the shaded tropical palapa and take in the incredible sounds and sights around you.

The terrace is also the perfect place to host parties, and includes a fire pit for evening soirees and the outdoor bathroom. Prepare fresh cuisine under the covered pergola on the 50” Viking BBQ and dine alfresco under warm Cabo sunshine or a sparkling night sky. Sunsets from this perch are dramatic and romantic.

Cabo Villa Penasco features six bedrooms and sleeps 12 adults and two children. Each room offers a private and luxurious retreat, and includes full marble baths, private terraces with stunning ocean views, Satellite TV with DVD players, a mini-fridge, telephone, wall safe, 400-thread count sheets, and spa robes and bedroom slippers.  The first two guest suites each feature a king-size bed, while the third suite features two queen-size beds. The fourth and fifth guest suites are each a deluxe room and each feature a king-size bed and elevator access. The last guest suite is a 900 square-foot apartment and offers a queen-size bed, kitchen, and living and dining area. There is also an extra sofa bed for additional sleeping space.   

Other amenities include full laundry services, a magnetic keycard system, fax machine, and a computer with wireless Internet. Guests will also enjoy daily housecleaning service (Note: cleaning staff does not work on Mexican holidays).

Guests will find excellent swimming at nearby Mèdano Beach. On the Pacific side of Pedregal, there are stunning ocean views and the beautiful stretch of beach along the Pacific is perfect for sunbathing and beachcombing.
