Cabo Villa Ladrillo is a charming Cabo San Lucas vacation villa located in the gated-residential community of the Pedregal, overlooking the Sea of Cortez. This wonderful two-story villa offers 3,700 sq. ft. of luxury living accommodations and sleeps up to eight guests. It’s perfect for a couples retreat or a fun family getaway!   

The villa features four bedrooms, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, open-space dining area, and indoor/outdoor living spaces with gorgeous views of the Pedregal hills and Pacific Ocean. The inviting interior boasts colorful walls and accents, tile flooring, stunning brick domed ceilings, fountains, and is styled with a mix of modern and traditional Mexican-style furnishings.   

For meals, family and friends can dine indoors on the eight-person dining table. Of course, most guests opt to take advantage of the warm days and nights and use the outdoor barbecue and dine alfresco, all while enjoying the incredible sunsets on display each evening.   

Guest can lounge comfortably on the nearly 4,500 sq. ft. outdoor veranda with a refreshing margarita, or sunbathe on the cushioned lounge chairs and take a plunge into the 22’ x 11’ swimming pool when it’s time to cool off! You will find four bedrooms in this villa. The master suite offers a king-size bed, with a private bath and access to the patio. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, with a bathroom adjacent. The third bedroom also features a queen-size bed, a private en-suite bath, a walk-in closet and private outdoor entrance. The fourth bedroom boasts two double beds, a private entrance, private bathroom and a secluded patio. There are also two roll-away beds.

Arrival and departure cleaning will be provided with a stay at Cabo Villa Ladrillo, additional housecleaning service can be arranged for an additional fee per day. (NB: the cleaning staff does not work on Sundays or on Mexican holidays).
