Experience an extravagant stay at Cabo Villa Descanso, a recently constructed, three-story luxury vacation villa located in the private and gated-residential community of Pedregal, the so-called Beverly Hills of Cabo San Lucas! This spacious, three-level villa sleeps up to 20 guests (the villa will host 10 couples or 12 singles) and includes a variety of upscale amenities, while also offering breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez and Land’s End!

Cabo Villa Descanso boasts architecture that blends traditional Mexican and modern styles, which integrates perfectly with the ruggedly beautiful Cabo hillside setting. There are many high-end materials and features found in the home, including Italian Travertine marble flooring, granite and marble countertops, a rounded staircase that coils up the villa’s turret, and unique woodwork.

The home features a spacious gourmet kitchen, multiple lounge areas with individual media centers, a study area, and an outdoor living space complete with infinity pool and hot tub where guests will spend days of fun in the sun. For added peace of mind and comfort, the villa has a water-purification system and central AC.

The spacious 2,500 sq. ft. terrace boasts incredible views of the rugged landscape and beaches, and is the centerpiece of this home. Guests can lounge by the pool on the many lounge chairs and bask under the warm Cabo sun. To cool off, they can slip into the infinity pool and sip on a refreshing beverage by the swim up bar.

 A nighttime, friends and family can unwind in the eight-person Jacuzzi, which, along with the pool, offers commanding views of the hillsides and Sea.

Grill delicious, fresh-caught seafood on the built-in barbecue on the terrace, or hire a private chef to create tasty Mexican treats while you dine alfresco with family and friends.

 As the day comes to an end, spark up the outdoor fire pit and settle in for a marvelous evening as you watch the colorful sunset sky slowing turn to into the a sky of sparkling stars. If guests are looking for fun nightlife, this villa is only a short drive to Cabo’s restaurants and bars.

The villa features spacious and comfortable bedrooms. There are nine bedrooms in this villa, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, comfortable bedding, and media center. Review the Amenities Section of this listing for details concerning bed size, views and other features. There is also a large steam shower and bath separate from the bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight or more guests at one time. There are two additional bathrooms for added convenience.

A stay at Cabo Villa Descanso will include full-time house staff, a plus when traveling with a large group. The personal staff will also handle services such as indoor and outdoor cleaning and maintenance. The villa’s staff members are knowledgeable of all aspects of the villa and its technology, and can assist with any questions, issues or concerns you may have. Cooking services can be arranged with villa staff upon request, for an extra fee. Please note that the staff does not work on Sundays or Mexican holidays. 

In addition to these services and amenities, residents will also have exclusive access to El Rincon’s Gym.
