Cabo Villa Cortez is a gorgeous beachfront Mexican vacation villa located in the private and gated community of Cabo Del Sol, one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Los Cabos! Boasting over 5,000 sq. ft. of stunning indoor/outdoor living, this villa can accommodate up to ten guests and offers breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. The home, which is a short walk from the beach, is also ideal for golfers, as it sits right on the green of Cabo del Sol - the Jack Nicklaus signature course!

Walking through the grand double-door entrance at Cabo Villa Cortez, you will be welcomed by the inviting open-space design of the home. High ceilings and pocket doors provide a feeling of spaciousness, while tasteful accents mingle with the soft neutral tones, giving the home a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Guests at Cabo Villa Cortez will appreciate spectacular details such as plaster and stone finishes, Canterra flooring, granite countertops, custom furnishings, and artistic décor, which is found throughout the villa!

The villa has five spacious and private bedrooms, ensuring a relaxing night's sleep for all guests. Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom. Four bedrooms are in the main villa, including two bedrooms that feature king-size beds and ocean views, a third bedroom with two twin-size beds, which can be combined to form a king-size bed, and a fourth bedroom that offers a queen-size bed. Bedrooms three and four have private balconies and ocean views. The fifth bedroom is located in a separate one-bedroom casita offering extra privacy.  

This villa is just a short walk to the beach and only a 10-minute drive to downtown Cabo San Lucas, where you will find many shops, restaurants, grocery stores and services.

A stay at Cabo Villa Cortez comes with housecleaning service, Monday through Saturday (NB: cleaning staff do not work on Mexican Holidays).
