The Little Lion Villa is a luxurious Cabo San Lucas vacation home with elegant and sophisticated style. Offering four bedrooms, this classic home is located in the exclusive Pedregal neighborhood and can accommodate up to ten guests. Boasting two levels and 8,000 square feet, this vacation villa is perfect for large families or groups.  

Offering a 180-degree ocean view, the ambiance inside is like that of a 5-star hotel. Large windows and high ceilings offer an open-air and spacious design that brings the essence of the outdoors inside. You can catch a glimpse of the Sea of Cortez from almost every room! Spend time with the family in the gourmet kitchen, fully equipped and perfect for family meals or spend nights together in the comfortable living room. Enjoy dining together as the dining table seats ten.  

The Little Lion Villa offers all the comforts of home including three Satellite TV’s, DVD and CD players, Wi-Fi, two gas fireplaces, and a washer and dryer. There is also air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout and a water purification system for ultimate convenience.  

Although the lines between indoors and outdoors are blurred, you will love the gorgeous patio of the Little Lion Villa. Family BBQ’s are a must with indoor/outdoor speakers, a gas fire pit, and gas BBQ.  Enjoy the party by the private swimming pool and Jacuzzi, or relax on the lounge chairs. Sip on fresh margaritas while the sunsets and the kids play in the pool! The patio table is perfect for family games after dining alfresco under the stars and city lights.  

The bedrooms are spacious and offer a perfect retreat after adventurous days in Cabo San Lucas. The first three guest suites offer a king-size bed, balcony with ocean views, and private bathrooms. The first guest suite also features a Jacuzzi tub. The fourth room has two full beds, which can be made into a king bed and is perfect for the kids of the group. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room.  

A stay at Cabo Little Lion Villa comes with housecleaning service, Monday through Saturday (NB: cleaning staff do not work on Mexican Holidays).       

The Pedregal neighborhood features cobblestone streets, fine restaurants and numerous recreational options. Guests will find excellent swimming at nearby Mèdano Beach. On the Pacific side of Pedregal there are stunning ocean views and the beautiful stretch of beach along the Pacific is perfect for sunbathing and beach combing.
