The smooth, white exterior of the villa features gently curving walls, reminiscent of a pearl. You will approach the hillside villa from a dramatic, sweeping brick driveway.

No tropical vacation would be complete without plenty of time spent outside. Cabo Casa Perla features 2,500 square feet of exquisite outdoor living space. Swim in the tear-drop shaped infinity pool as you look out over the lush hills that roll down to the warm, blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. Guests can also enjoy a soak in the hot tub that has six seats. The villa’s garden adds a splash of tropical color to your days in the sun. The outdoor patio is perfectly situated for gorgeous sunset views.

Cabo Casa Perla also has plenty of outdoor seating. Enjoy an al fresco meal at the dining table with 12 seats. You can duck out of the sun beneath the villa’s shade structure. The villa’s outdoor living space also features a refrigerator, TV, and media system.

Inside, the villa features a terracotta-colored tile flooring, sparkling white walls, and expansive windows that offer a breathtaking view of the tropical landscape. The open concept layout brings together the living room, kitchen, and indoor dining area. The living room features two, large cushioned sofas and a delicate armchair.

The villa’s fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and extensive counter space. Up to six guests can sit at the extended center island. Cabo Casa Perla also has a gleaming wood dining table with seats for eight guests. The dining area has easy access to the villa’s outdoor living space.

Cabo Casa Perla also has its own home theater room. Host a movie night on the 50-inch satellite TV. The home theater room also has a DVD and BluRay player.

The spacious bedrooms at Cabo Casa Perla offer guests an upscale and comfortable place to rest. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, its own sofa bed, and en-suite bathroom. The luxurious bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub. Guests of this ocean-view room get step out onto their own private balcony. The second bedroom also faces the Pacific Ocean. During your stay, maid service will visit every Monday through Saturday to keep the villa spotless.
