- Please note that Sealcoating will begin at the north end with Buildings 5, 6, and 7 and progress across the property. Courtyard areas and garages will be inaccessible for 2-3 days, weather permitting. Work will proceed on 2-3 buildings at a time with at least 48 hours’ notice, though this may change. All vehicles must be moved from asphalt areas by 8 AM on the scheduled workday to avoid towing. Temporary parking is available at Kiahuna Plantation Drive & Kiahuna Golf Course Access Road.
