Summit View Manor is a 7,000-square-foot villa situated on a breathtaking piece of property. The villa features six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. This grand villa is designed for large groups. Up to 22 guests can experience an unforgettable vacation at Summit View Manor
The villa’s outdoor living space is split into two different spaces. The main level of the home features a spacious deck complete with a gas grill. Host an outdoor cookout while you take in the gorgeous scenery. Summit View Manor also has a patio on the lower level. Watch the sunset while you relax in a rocking chair, or gather around the fire pit for a nighttime bonfire. The patio also has private hot tub. Indulge in a soak after a day on the ski slopes, or simply treat yourself to some well-deserved relaxation.
Inside, Summit View Manor has expansive entertainment spaces. The villa’s living room is located on the main level. Cozy couches are gathered around the large gas fireplace. The living room also features a large flat screen TV and a sound system with Bluetooth connectivity. Downstairs, the villa has another large gathering space. The recreation room features another Bluetooth-connected sound system, a flat screen TV, and plenty of games. Play billiards, ping pong, shuffleboard, chess, and more. If you get thirsty, the recreation room has a wet bar with a refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher. Summit View Manor also has a separate theater room complete with an overhead projector and 10 leather recliners.
When guests sit down to a meal at Summit View Manor, they have plenty of room. The villa has a formal dining area with a table and chairs for 10 guests. Up to five guests can sit at the kitchen island, and the villa has a fold out table with space for six guests. The fully equipped kitchen has a built-in refrigerator, a double-stack oven, and two dishwashers. You will have no problem creating a full menu of delicious dishes at Summit View Manor.
Five of the six bedrooms at Summit View Manor have king-size beds. The first bedroom is located on the main level. In addition to a king-size bed, the room also has a flat screen TV, a fireplace, access to the deck, and an en-suite bathroom. The glamorous bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a separate walk-in shower with two heads. The next bedroom is located on the villa’s private loft level. The room features a flat screen TV, access to the villa’s upper level deck, a separate office area, and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
The remainder of the bedrooms are located on the lower level. The third, fourth, and fifth bedrooms each have a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The six bedroom features four twin-size bunk beds, as well as an Xbox gaming system. Guests of this room have access to shared bathroom with two walk-in showers.
During your stay at Summit View Manor, you will have access to Wi-Fi, onsite laundry facilities, a three-car garage, and free shuttle rides into town.
