Beautiful, roomy, clean condo literally next to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Recently updated and very quiet at night despite being on the main road. Beds comfortable, and nice bathrooms. Whole unit on one single level. Single car garage was a bonus. Grill worked. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. Great hiking and biking right outside the complex. Management group provided great information and responded quickly to all communications. Would recommend to anyone.

Great property in a great location with easy walking distance to base 9 and downtown. It is right on the hwy, but you don't really hear the traffic unless the doors / windows are open, and you don't see the traffic, being on the 1st level above the ground. Large open spaces, large bedrooms, modern. Could do with few updates, crockery is mostly all chipped, wear and tear on paint etc, but its a great property. Outdoor spa access was easy and great for after skiing. 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, one with a bath. Great for kids, includes games for the family, and easy entertaining space. Host is responsive via text messages. We had a problem with the dishwasher (mould and cleanliness), and they sent over maintenance within 48h and completed an interim clean, but it really needed a deep clean which they should have done when we left. Highly recommend this property, would stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our family group to enjoy skiing and snowboarding. Clean, modern, newly remodeled, and thoughtfully designed. It’s close to walk to restaurants, Quicksilver chair lift, Village Ski school, the ice rink, and the Troll sculpture. We didn’t use all included amenities, such as hot tub and fitness center, for but the ski valet at Charter Sports was very useful.

We recently stayed here for our friend ski trip. This house was in the perfect location. We never drove more than 5 miles to get where we were going besides when we went snowmobiling. When we arrived, we were so pleased with how clean the property was. On top of the location and how well kept it was, this property literally had all the amenities you could imagine. Every pot and pan, utensil, spices, coffee, dishes, literally everything. The bedding was very comfortable. All showers/bathrooms were stocked with a great brand for body wash, etc. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager. During our stay we enjoyed snowmobiling at the great adventure, which I highly recommend. Our favorite restaurant was the lost Cajun - we're from Louisiana and it lived up to our Cajun standard. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We skied on peak 9 and really enjoyed the trails.
