Special notes for guests include parking for up to four vehicles (3-car garage with 2 spaces available and 2 driveway spaces), a strict no pets and no smoking policy, and exterior cameras at entry points for security and compliance with restrictions. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old, and the maximum overnight occupancy is 18 guests. Breck Sunshine Estate operates under Breckenridge Business License No. 47315.
