Tricked out with a variety of amenities, the recently renovated Villa Elle (ELL) is an ideal place for a big family or group of friends to decamp and enjoy every moment. Everyone can be self-sufficient, indulging in island vacation pleasures like having an in-villa massage on the heated table, watching a film in the cinema room, grilling up a barbecue on the terrace, working out in the fitness room, or simply relaxing and taking in the view.

The view from this luxury rental property on the windy side of Pointe Milou is quite pleasing, extending over the ocean and the hill of Mont Jean in the background. The location, atop the cliffs on the northeastern side of the point, also gives it ample sunshine throughout the day. And yet it feels like an aerie, perched up above the busy world below.

Villa Elle is spread out over several levels and has a distinctive style, with whitewashed walled and bright red roofs. Lots of pop art and sculptures throughout the property give it a playful and distinctive character.

It happens to be an ideal villa for people who love to cook, with a fully equipped and fully air-conditioned kitchen in its own pavilion in the front, which benefits from ocean views. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas to enjoy the fruits of those labors.

But it is also welcoming refuge for those who simply wish to relax. Behind the kitchen, on the same level, there is the enclosed and air-conditioned living room with three comfortable couches and a TV with Canal Sat, Dish Network, and Apple TV. Or for those who prefer more analog entertainment, there is a piano. This level also contains the heated swimming pool and the terrace, which has shaded and sunny seating areas and an outdoor gathering space beneath a gazebo. The fitness room can also be found on this level.

The first master bedroom is next to the pool, in its own bungalow. It has spectacular sea views from the king-size bed and from the large bathroom, which has indoor and outdoor showers. The second master bedroom is in another bungalow, on the other side of the kitchen, which is very similar to the first, but with the addition of a terrace and jacuzzi.

One level up from there, the third and fourth bedrooms also have gorgeous sea views, king-size beds, and ensuite bathrooms. One of those is slightly smaller than the others. Next to those, there is a massage room and a cinema room.
