Just as its name suggests the newly built Villa Cute (CTE), is a charming and cozy vacation home. The luxury rental property, walking distance from the beach at Toiny, has a clean, modern, and natural design. It’s swirled-straw lampshades and rough-hewn wood furniture give it a bohemian, barefoot-luxury feeling.

Villa Cute is well designed for two couples to share, or for a family with children. (And of course the concierge can customize the experience for any sort of group.) The two bedrooms are well, separated, on either side of the living room.

The living area offers indoor-outdoor living at its finest, with an area that can be enclosed and air-conditioned or fully opened up to a wide, shaded terrace, which has two plush couches, a dining table, and a cabinet stocked with tableware. Beyond this living space, there’s a heated swimming pool.

Each bedroom has a king-size bed (one American size and the other European), ample closets, Smart TVs with Netflix and other channels, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

The location near the beach in Toiny is great for walks and for surfing, although guests should be advised that it is not an ideal beach for swimming. It is, however, ideal for lunch with their feet in the sand, as the beach restaurant at the Hotel Le Toiny is also very nearby.
