With two spectacular, heated saltwater swimming pools (a 50-foot lap pool with a 12-foot sun shelf and a second veranda pool), private gardens, and breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea, Hyde Park Villa is perfectly suited for families, a group of friends, or a corporate retreat.
Inspired by the hues of the sand and the sea, award-winning interior designer Marshall Erb and the owner worked side-by-side to update and transform Hyde Park Villa into the timeless, contemporary-yet-homey retreat that it is today. Sophisticated, comfortable, light, bright, open and airy, this villa provides an abundance of space to spread out or come together, and design-forward details delight around every corner. Now, every decorative element complements the Jamaican architecture, every colorway is an extension of the natural landscape, and every comfort has been considered down to the embroidered hand towels.
The private grounds and layout are two of this home’s greatest assets: Hyde Park Villa is perfectly sited on 3.4 beautifully landscaped acres with six pavilions, one of which is the Magnolia Suite, a two-story structure with a magnificent bedroom suite offering bird’s eye views down to the Sandy Bay coastline; the Hibiscus Suite is a 1,900 sq. ft. master cottage with a private veranda; the main pavilion has four palatial ensuite bedrooms (the Dahlia Suite and the Camellia Suite each with king-sized beds, plus the Azalea Suite with two queen beds, and the Jasmine Suite with two full-sized beds). And dining options abound: Guests can dine in an enclosed, air-conditioned formal dining room with a view or al fresco at the pool-side dining pavilions.
Better still, Hyde Park is located within the 2,200 acres of natural beauty that is The Tryall Club, including its world-famous golf course, tennis facility, pickleball courts, private beaches, restaurants, kids’ club, and a host of resort amenities, all accessible within a 3 – 4 minute golf cart ride from the villa. And the new spa at Tryall is also just a few steps away from Hyde Park, which puts relaxation and rejuvenation at your fingertips. The experience of staying in a private villa at The Tryall Club is as unique as the Caribbean destination itself. Whether on the oceanfront or high in the hills, on the golf course, at the spa, or lazing away the days at the beach, The Tryall Club lifestyle is relaxed and opulent — and world-class service with a smile is a given at Hyde Park. (Your extraordinary private villa staff consists of a chef, a butler, two housekeepers, a laundress, and a gardener.)
Just picture it: After a sunkissed day of sports and recreation — or spa treatments and a poolside nap if that’s your speed — you get to close out your evening with laughter and views of the brilliant Caribbean ocean and the twinkling lights of the nearby village while you sit beside your own private fire pit. Nearby, friends and family are enjoying the sounds of the Sonos system, soaking their cares away in the 12-person hydrotherapy spa while watching a movie on the 75” outdoor television at the Pool Pavilion. Because at Hyde Park Villa, relaxation and rejuvenation happen by design, and unforgettable moments are as certain as the tides. And we very much look forward to having you as our guests!
Note: Hyde Park Villa may be rented with 5 bedrooms during the summer season. The 5-bedroom rental does not include the Hibiscus Suite.

Staff Gratuity in Jamaica
All inclusive staffing in Jamaica enhances the value of a fully serviced villa stay by ensuring exceptional, personalized service while simplifying the guest experience. Villa staff, including a trained chef, cater to your unique needs and preferences during your stay. It is customary that guests in Jamaica remit staff gratuity for their villa stay. Recommended gratuity ranges from 10% of the total nightly rents (exclusive of taxes and fees) during the high season (December to April) to 15% during the low season, ensuring fair compensation for the highly skilled staff. Gratuity can be paid in US or Jamaican dollars.
Unlike other destinations where staff services are arranged and charged separately, often at a high hourly rate excluding gratuity, Jamaica’s all-inclusive staff system streamlines the process allowing guests to enjoy top-quality service with ease.
