It has an amazing structure and design that according to its environment, allows a pleasant experience from its main entrance to the garden, with large well-distributed spaces that will make you feel welcome from the reception of the pleasant breeze that enters through its large windows. This beautiful villa offers an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort, where you can enjoy: a home theater (with a capacity of 8 seats), a pool table located on its large terrace on the second floor, and an amazing pool (1 meter at its shallowest point and 2 meters at its deepest point) in front of the lake with golf view.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.

NOTE: 150 USD administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer and 4% of the paid amount will be taken if payment was made via credit card.

Dec 18-Jan 5th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival. No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation.
