Makena Hoku Luxury Rental is a luxury vacation rental in located in an upscale community on Maui. The Estate consists of a main villa and a guest home, which together can accommodate up to ten guests.

The main home has three spacious en-suite bedrooms, an office/den next to the main master suite, and can accommodate up to six guests. The detached two-bedroom one-bath cottage accommodates four additional  guests.. This residence offers only the greatest amenities for your Hawaiian vacation.  

With interior design elements that hint at an easy Hawaiian-Balinese lifestyle, all are sure to thoroughly enjoy a relaxing and decompressing retreat in this Maui vacation home. The Villa is outfitted with ultra-comfy furnishings, high-end appliances, state-of-the-art Hi-definition flat-screen TV’s, and a surround sound stereo system. The outdoor living space is absolutely perfect, with an luxurious swimming pool and spa Jacuzzi, several lounge areas, an outdoor grilling space, and a grand communal table for afternoon and evening gatherings.

This is a special home in an exclusive and quiet upscale neighborhood. Please note the rules below that are in place to respect the neighbors and residents of the community.

1) Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, during which time the noise shall not unnecessarily disturb neighbors. Audible sound beyond property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would otherwise be associated with a residential area. 2) Vehicles shall be parked in designated on-site parking areas only and shall not be parked on the street. 3) Reservations are limited to one (1) rental group at a time. 4) No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur. 5) Occupancy is limited to a maximum of six (6) persons in the main house and four (4) persons in the cottage, including children over the age of two (2) years old. 6) Maximum number of registered guests shall be limited to up to two (2) guests per bedroom; not to exceed 10 guests, including children over the age of two (2) years old.
