The Palace Kihei can accommodate up to 14 guests. The home has six private bedrooms, with a "flex" bedroom located off the living room. Each bedroom contains a king-size bed, and two have comfortable luxury futons ideal for children or those sharing rooms. Two bedrooms have en-suite baths, and the other three share bathrooms; the bathrooms are stocked with necessities like hairdryers, shampoo and conditioner, and soap.

The sixth "flex" bedroom is located off the living room and has one sofa bed and one futon. It provides less privacy than the other bedrooms but is the perfect space for kids to share.

The home offers seamless indoor-outdoor living, including a sumptuous pool area, a large upstairs lanai, and a rooftop deck.

The salt-water pool is 50 ft. long, making it ideal for swimming laps or just enjoying a splash with friends and family, day or night! Two shallow ledges are perfect for leisurely lounging and enjoying a chat or beverage poolside. The pool also features two jets that blast water straight up for relaxing sounds and play; water temps range between 77 and 83 degrees. At night, you can select from several lighting features to create the perfect mood. A large hot tub adjacent to the pool has strong jets to relax tired muscles at the end of the day or under the stars before bed.  The property is surrounded by mature tropical foliage ensuring privacy. 

A sitting area near the pool is furnished with a 75" TV, a sofa that can be converted to a day bed, and two reclining loungers, creating the ultimate relaxation space. There is also a bathroom with an outside shower conveniently located near the pool, allowing for a rinse after a swim or day at the beach.

Outdoor grilling and dining are a pleasure "The Palace." The upstairs lanai has an outdoor kitchen, dining, and living area with a 70" TV. The external kitchen is opposite the inside kitchen and features a professional built-in barbeque grill with charcoal, bamboo, and iron skewers. It also has a spacious bar with an ice maker, bar sink, and a kegerator with two taps; one tap supplies ice-cold filtered water.

The 700 sq. ft. rooftop deck is perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets and views of Haleakala and the West Maui Mountains.

Inside, the modern, well-stocked kitchen is designed with chefs in mind, with ample prep space and cooking utensils at the ready. A large island provides enough seating for four people, allowing for casual dining and socializing during meal prep. Cabinets have glass fronts, so you can quickly locate what you need. The dining room table is spacious enough to accommodate up to six guests.
