• Air conditioning is only available in 3 of the bedrooms of Laulea Kailani Villa. 4th bedroom, Living room, Dining room and other common areas do NOT have AC. 
  

• Windows and Sliding Glass Doors can also be opened to allow the cool trade winds to pass through. Occasionally trade winds may not blow for a few days. The months of June through September tend to have the warmest temperatures.
  

• Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $450 plus tax applies to all stays of 10 days or longer.
  

• This property has surveillance cameras pointing to the exterior of the home for security purposes.
  

• Please be advised that the pool does NOT heat. There is no heating option for this pool. The garage is for owner's use only.
