The villa comes with your own 4pp golf cart to whisk you to the resort and all its amenities under 4 minutes!

The spacious master bedroom has its own private balcony, perfect for catching a nap or snuggling up with a book. Along with the king-sized bed, there is a master walk-in closet and large master bathroom with a walk-in-shower connected to a very private balcony, a soaking tub and dual vanities . The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, the second guest bedroom features two twin size beds along with its own bathroom with a walk-in-shower. There is a powder room for guests to use so they don't need to disturb your space. All bathrooms boast marble and granite and have high-end finishes.

The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for your use. The kitchen's layout is perfect for those who love to cook and those who love to order in. The island in the middle of the kitchen allows for more counter space to chop your fresh veggies from the market or lay out the dinner you picked up from the one of the many resort restaurants. The breakfast bar is perfect for a quick breakfast for the kids, to have your morning coffee and read the paper. There is also a wet bar to prepare your special made cocktails for the evening. There is also a private BBQ for your use on the lanai. The villa promises to make you feel right at home, Hawaiian style.

Bring your family to the owners-only recreational area with aqua blue swimming pool, wet bar, and barbecue havana, located just down the street and unlocked to you with the keys to our villa!

Once your reservation with us is confirmed, we will register you with Hualalai's Residential Concierge. From establishing a resort-wide charge account to arranging golf and dining reservations to scheduling excursions, they are happy to assist you prior to your arrival and throughout your stay.

Guests are offered access to amenities at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. Daily Resort fees are NOT INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RENTAL RATE, and are required to gain access to the Four Seasons Hotel/Resort amenities, but are not mandatory to book this residential vacation rental.

Your registration and Daily Resort Guest passes provide you access to Four Seasons Resort Hualalai amenities throughout your access dates.

Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai's Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees paid directly to the resort are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. Current resort fees are: Infants: Free (ages 0-4), Children: $36-112 (ages 5-13), Adults: $72-$224 (Ages 14+). All Residential Rental Guests in your party (not to exceed maximum occupancy) must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt-in for one block of consecutive days (a minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay if desired. Resort services, amenities, and fees are subject to change at any time. Please inquire directly about the fees during your desired travel dates with the resort. Please be advised that Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai Management maintains absolute control of the establishment and administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. Resort amenities cannot be guaranteed and may be limited, without advance notice, during certain local events and peak holidays. No refunds or discounts will be given during these times.
