The 3,281-square-foot private home features three levels that can comfortably host up to 10 guests. Inside the newly built home, guests will find five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. Plan a multi-family vacation or couples escape. This Telluride vacation home has plenty of space for relaxing outdoors. The front of the home features a wide flagstone patio. In back, you will find a private deck, while the third level has a large balcony with an incredible view. Sit outside with a cup of coffee of a glass of wine. When you’re feeling  hungry, you can cook up an outdoor meal on the barbecue grill.  

Inside, the main level of the home has plenty of open living space. The entryway leads directly to the spacious living room. A large couch and a group of cozy chairs are gathered around a sleek coffee table and the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. Guests can also lounge in the den on the same floor. The den has leather couch, a flat screen TV, and direct access to the patio through a pair of double doors. You will also find a second living room located on the lower level. This room has a large sectional couch, a flat screen TV, a mini fridge, and a sink.  

The central living area seamlessly includes the living room, the dining area, and the kitchen. Guests can still feel the warmth of the fireplace when they sit down to dine together. The long wooden dining table has seats for eight guests, while the kitchen has a breakfast bar with seats for four guests. The chef in your group will be delighted by the fully equipped kitchen, which features marble and granite countertops and modern appliances from Wolf and SubZero.  

The two largest bedrooms are located on the upper level of the home. This luxurious room features vaulted ceilings, a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a waterfall shower, a bathtub with jets, and two separate vanities. Guests of this room also have direct access to the upper level balcony. The second upstairs bedroom also has a king-size bed and a flat screen TV. If you stay in this room, you can enjoy the view from a cozy window seat, and you can treat yourself to a long steam in the en-suite bathroom’s shower.  

The other three bedrooms are located on the lower level. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and a beautiful en-suite bathroom complete with a steam shower with a bench seat and marble countertops. The other two bedrooms are ideal for kids. One has bunk bed with a full-size bottom bunk and a twin-size top bunk, a game table, and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. The room also has an en-suite bathroom with combination bathtub and shower. The fifth bedroom two bunk beds each with a twin-size lower and upper bunk. Guests of this room have access to the powder room on the lower level.  

During your stay at 211 South Oak, you will have access to a laundry room (located on the lower level) and high-speed internet. Guests also have the option to engage concierge services.
