Telluride Alpenglow Lodge

Telluride Alpenglow Lodge is a masterpiece of a private vacation home in the Mountain Village area of Telluride, Colorado. This alpine home features 6,000 square feet of living space spread out over three floors. A total of 20 guests can comfortably vacation at Telluride Alpenglow Lodge. The home has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and one powder room. Telluride Alpenglow Lodge has two large outdoor living spaces. The deck is located off of the main level of the home, while the patio is located off of the lower level. The covered deck has cushioned seating and a barbecue grill. While you sit and eat outside, you’ll have a view of the mountains and the majestic tree line. Downstairs, the patio has a large, private hot tub with access to yet another stunning view. If you walk down into the yard, you’ll find a large outdoor fireplace and seating, as well as a cozy hammock perfect for sun-drenched naps in the summer months.  

When you arrive at Telluride Alpenglow Lodge, you will enter the home at the main level. On your right, you’ll find a mud room for all of your ski gear, and straight ahead you’ll see the main living room. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, and gleaming wood floors covered with a plush area rug. A large, leather sectional couch and a couple of armchairs are gathered around a grand, stone fireplace. The living room also has a TV and a DVD/Blu-ray player.  

From the living room, you can walk the other large living space on the main floor, which contains the kitchen, a dining area, and a second living area. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and a large breakfast bar with seats for six guests. The dining table, lit by a unique hanging chandelier, has an additional six seats. While you are waiting for the chef in your group to prepare a meal, you can rest in one of the armchairs gathered around another fireplace and flat screen TV.  

If you are looking for more entertainment space, head to the lower level of the home. Here, you’ll find the media room with a 70-inch flat screen TV, a DVD player, an Xbox gaming system, and a foosball table. You can also work up a sweat in the lower level’s fitness room, or treat yourself to a relaxing steam in the sauna.  

Three of the home’s bedrooms are located on the upper level. The expansive master bedroom has a king-size bed, a fireplace, and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. Guests of this room can enjoy a quiet moment on a private deck and luxuriate in the comfort of the en-suite bathroom’s walk-in shower and jetted bathtub. The second upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. These two rooms share a bathroom with a steam shower and two vanities.  

Telluride Alpenglow Lodge remaining two bedrooms are located on the lower level. One bedroom has bunk beds that add up to four full-size beds and four twin-size beds. Sliding doors offer direct access between this bedroom and the media room. Guests of the bunk room have access to a bathroom with a combination shower and bathtub. The fifth bedroom has a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, a flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
